Cannot download multiple documents.

Hi I cannot seem to download more than one document i.e. selecting two documents greys out the download button. Also, I cannot download a folder. 

I assume these are settings, can someone confirm which setting needs to be changed?

    Hello Mike,

    Which client-facing ProjectWise program are you using to [try to] download Documents?

    ProjectWise Explorer does not have a Download feature. It does, however, have an Export feature, where you can specify the location of exported Documents. This feature allows you to select one or more Documents to export.

    ProjectWise Web does allow you to select and download multiple Documents (Files, really). These are capture into a Zip File which is downloaded to your Downloads Folder.

    Can you share some additional details on your issue? Screen capture images help to paint the picture.

    Hi,

    ProjectWise Web Server - V8i (SELECTseries 4) Version: 08.11.11.833

    I'm good to download one document, however, as I said as soon as I select more than one I lose the ability to download.

    Gotcha! I haven't used that version of ProjectWise Web in quite some time. So, I can't speak to its functional limitations. The CONNECTED Project-enabled ProjectWise Web, Bentley-hosted services does not have this limitation.
