When attaching an Xref it opens a local dialog and not ProjectWise

Question

Basically I can open and store anything from autocad to Projectwise but only the attach/xref/DMSATTACH its not opening the PW GUI and instead opening the local files GUI.

Im using:
Win 10
autodesk civil 3d 2021 V 13.3.854.0
Projectwise V 10.00.03.334
projectwiseintegrationmoduleautocad100003617en.msi

At first i attempted this and didnt work because i was doing it wrong, you have to create the explained paths in the registry for it to work as the migth not exist: communities.bentley.com/.../when-attaching-an-xref-it-opens-a-local-dialog-and-not-projectwise
