The service is up now, but the timeline is still available on the status page (just note the times are in UTC). They were&amp;nbsp;posting pretty frequent updates, then once they identified the problem and were working on the recovery hourly updates. This is pretty typical for issues of this type (from any vendor) as it can be impossible to know if your attempted fix will actually work, so promising a resolution at a specific time can be misleading.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item><item><title>RE: Widespread outage in projectwise.
