PW can't find workspace/workset after CAD reinstall

I have two users (one is myself)  who get the message can't open file because it's associated with workspace X / workset Y which was not found.

The workspace/workset and file association is correct because I have 40 other designers who can open the files.

We both have access to the build location, I have full admin rights.  I've tried deleting preferences.  It's not limited to one build or one file. I can open files in all software except Prostructures, she can open files in all software except OpenBuildings.

The only thing in common is we've both recently had the offending CAD software reinstalled (her - OpenBuildings Connect, me - Prostructures Connect).

Is there another step after reinstalling CAD to get PW to work again?

I'd check the ConfigurationSetup.cfg file in the product's C:\ProgramData\Bentley\<PRODUCT>\Configuration directory. Compare it against the one on a machine that is working.

      Thanks Kevin, I'll compare them.

In the command line arguments, do you know what the PROJEC~3 is?  I assume its shorthand for a folder name (like the program files shorthand).  I'm seeing some discrepancy there,
