Export to dwg options not the same when working in Projectwise

Hi. I'm not sure if it's an openroads question or a Projectwise one and I'm taking a chance by posting it here first.  I noticed that when exporting a DWG from Openroads when working in Projectwise that the export options are not the same as when your are not working in projectwise.

I know that they are not the same, that one is labeled Saves as V7 options, but that's the windows that I see in openroads.

Is there a particular setup/ variable that need to be setuped to get the "good one" when saving to projectwise? or it's a bug?
