    PW Drive 2023.2.252 Connection Issues

    We have a few users who just upgraded to ProjectWise Drive 2023.2.252 and are receiving this error when trying to sync a project: 

    I confirmed that they do indeed have an internet connection, PW Drive is running and they are signed in, and they are not on an active VPN.  

    Is anyone else seeing this with the latest version? What is the fix?

      Hi, Eddie. 
      Please ask your user to do the following:

      1) Sign out of PW Drive

      2) Exit/Quit PW Drive (from the icon in the Windows system tray)

      3) Make sure that Connection Client is up to date. if it is not, update it  if it is, then repeat steps 1&2 for the Connection Client

      4) Open/Sign into the Connection Client

      5) Open/Sign into PW Drive  

      if they are still experiencing problems, please open a case with Technical Support

      This method does not work..
      The issue still persists.

      A new version of ProjectWise Drive was just released to address a bug that was discovered. Please install the update and restart your machine. If the issue persists, please open a support case so that someone can work with you directly.
