&lt;p&gt;1) Sign out of PW Drive&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2) Exit/Quit PW Drive (from the icon in the Windows system tray)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;3) Make sure that Connection Client is up to date. if it is not, update it &amp;nbsp;if it is, then repeat steps 1&amp;amp;2 for the Connection Client&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;4) Open/Sign into the Connection Client&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;5) Open/Sign into PW Drive &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
