    Upgrading FDOT 10.10 to 10.11 Workspace in ProjectWise...Getting Error

    I currently have a FDOT 10.10 workspace functioning in ProjectWise. We have a project needing to start in 10.11 so I uploaded all the new files to ProjectWise and copied some config files from 10.10 and made sure what I thought were all the necessary changes to look at the right places on ProjectWise. I am obviously missing something. I went through it a couple times and I am stuck. This is the error I am getting when I open the file. Anyone have any ideas where to look? 

    It is a connected project and ProjectWise drive is setup on my computer. Both the project and the workspace are on my ProjectWise drive.

    This is the error. I am using the seed file just to test the workspace out.
