PW explorer closes when creating a new folder

For some reason my PW explorer closes every second time I click the folder pulldown to create a new folder. I can successfully create 1 new folder, but when I hit the Folder pull down a second time, it loads then closes. No error messages. When I reopen, it allows me to make one folder before closing again. Any solutions?

Do you, by any chance, have Bluebeam Revu installed ? This is a known issue. The workaround is to not use the Folder Menu option but "right-click" (on parent Folder in the Folder List pane (left side)…

Do you, by any chance, have Bluebeam Revu installed? This is a known issue. The workaround is to not use the Folder Menu option but "right-click" (on parent Folder in the Folder List pane (left side)) and choose New Folder. A very odd issue, for sure.

Can be fixed by removing the Bluebeam Integration for ProjectWise Explorer from the Bluebeam Administrator app in the start menu.
