Projectwise explorer - Get link windows is not appearing anymore

I have PW explorer .434 last week for an unknown reason my "get link" windows stop appearing. I'm talking about the windows when you right click on a file or folder ans select "get link". Usualy (and for everyone else) there is a windows that show and you can select PW365, PW web view, PW explorer and so on. But this windows no longer is there. Since it's working for everybody else on the same project I don't think it's related to the project setup or work area setup. So is there some custom folder where local setting are stored for PW Explorer? Could it be that thoses folder became corrupted? I'm asking this because for Openroads or Microstation thoses local folder very often become corrupted and need to be deleted. If not anybody have an idea?

Yes Bentley just confirmed me that the new version of ProjectWise Deliverables Management for ProjectWise Explorer only works with PW 23.00.xx and that it's creating this issue with other versions of Projectwise…

Ok I think I found the faulty one: it's the latest deliverable management plug-in for explorer that was push trough connection client. After unsintalling PW explorer and admin, and re-installing everything the problem was still there. So I started un-installing other program in order of installation, that's how I found it.

I have the same issue. Just appeared in the last week or so. Get-Link works in the web but not in PWE. Do I need to do a complete uninstall and reinstall. Is the suggestion that the latest PWDM Connector (which I had installed) is to blame?

I never got a specific answer from Bentley. I had try before this to just un-install PW explorer and admin but it did not work. In my case I did uninstall PW explorer, PW admin AND PW explorer deliverable plug-in, and then re-install everything except the new deliverable plug-in that is still trying to be updated from the connection client. I had try before this to just un-install PW explorer and admin but it did not work.
