Document code error

Hi

I have an test environment in UAT that has started showing the follwing errors.

Creating a document with the wizard fails with errror message as 3 lines. 

Last Error [58960]
Can not create document
Incorrect document attrviute value

As it goes through the creation screen the attributes view of the doc shows the attributes correctly but all the related description fields are blank.

I'm thinking there is a attribute it doesn't like somewhere but I can't trace so any suggestions appreciated.
