External User PW Web Connections not showing

Yes, the identity is the same. We are using Windows Sync'd accounts and I have added the IMS identity to the account. In my past experience with this I didn't have to use IMS for that to work, but that was internal. Had to provide domain credentials to access the connection but the connection still appeared to the user.

We are using Connect.

Tim, if you establish access control for your external users in ProjectWise Explorer, you can synchronize them all to the Connected ProjectWise Project with the Automatic User Sync features.

Adding users as members of "External Organizations" in the ProjectWise (Web) Project is really only necessary for Deliverables Management workflows.

Thanks for the information. This is the first time we are trying this out with external users. I was missing the sync part of the process for the web connections.
