    Configuration Debug - ProjectWise Explorer

In MicroStation I can debug in the command line to determine configuration variable assignments with the '-debug=5'

I would like to debug a file being opened from ProjectWise to determine the read/resolve variables.

i know I can open the configuration dialog in MS once I have opened the file but i actually need to see the sequence as applied by our site configuration.

    Any help is appreciated.

You can temporarily add the -debug to the command line arguments in the ProjectWise application association.

      HTH,

      John

This does not seem to work with SS4 of PW. Adding debug to the PW>tools>association>programs ... user associations > microstation >command line

      add

      -debug

      run the  application

A debug starts, pauses mid-process and closes. Output is generated, but the file is only a couple hundred lines long (normally many hundreds of lines are generated) and is truncated mid line.

Output file stops at line 328

the file that was outputting data to msdebug was

      Processing macro file [c:\prj\projectwise\grac1555\workspace\dc061be8-240e-439f-92f4-d465330433c2.tmp]

If I remove the -debug Mstn launches properly

Please  advise how to create a debug
