    ProjectWise Full Text Search Not Working...

    ...even when the process command goes through successfully.  The PWise Orchestration Framework Administrator monitor shows 0 files in queue, all documents are indexed and the index data stored in the right place.  Does anyone have any idea what is wrong?

      Suzette,

      Can you provide more information about the error received by the user or any other details on what happens when the user runs a full text search?

      There is no error message, just no results when I know there should be results and there used to be results.  It stopped working when we had to reboot the server.

      You might verify that the Orchestration Framework sevice is running. I've seen where sometimes after a server reboot, this service does not start automatically as it should. If it's not running, try to start it manually.

      It sounds like the problem isn't with processing new documents, but with searching the existing ones? We can take a closer look if you contact Bentley Technical Support.

      Yes, the Orchetration Framework Service is running, I restarted it maually after the reboot.  I will lodge a ST.  Thanks.
