Problem with configuration of ProjectWise CSB when using 2 PCF files for IDOT Standards

Our company is hosting a project in ProjectWise, and are using the IDOT (Illinois Department of Transportation). We are using ProjectWise V8i SS4. As of 6/1/2013,  we've downloaded and updated to the latest IDOT standards (Version 2.0_6/1/2013).

IDOT has added "StrctStd" folder with Structures resource files and 2 new PCF files, "IDOTCAD_Bridge.pcf & IDOTCAD_Road". This replaced the "IDOTCAD.pcf" that IDOT had previously provided in their standards.

In the past we've always configured our Transportation Project CSB with the following directive "%include $(IDOT)/Configuration/IDOTCAD.pcf". Now that IDOT has separated the Road and Bridge settings, we are not sure how to configure the CSB to allow the user to switch between Road or Bridge. This is easily done outside of ProjectWise, but within ProjectWise, they are always forced to follow Road or Bridge. We've tried adding both strings (for Road & Bridge), but it only takes the last one on the list. Do we need to create an additional CSB for Bridge?

Below is a snapshot of the IDOT standards. Has anyone encountered this scenario before?

In a Managed Workspace environment, the workspace itself gets assigned to the ProjectWise Project, Folder, or the file itself.  Therefore, it would make it very difficult to have two workspaces apply to one directory of files.  ProjectWise is different than MicroStation regarding workspaces where, with MS you can pick the workspace, whereas in PW the workspace is decided on prior to even launching the application to work on the files.

One method for this to work is to have separate directory structures for files in each discipline similar to the delivered MS Workspace > Project > Examples is set up, with several disciplines and each discipline having its own set of subfolders.
