For demo purpose, I recently setup a projectWise server, everything works fine, except the remote logging in.
All users cannot login to the server either through Explorer or Admin client, however, if I install the two software and login locally on the server itself, it work perfectly.

Could this be due to wrong configuration of the Integration server?
32768 could be a number of different things. Have you tried a simple telnet test over port 5800 to see if the port is open? To do this open a command prompt on the user's machine and type "telnet MACHINENAME 5800" does it connect?
PW Network Configuration applet must be configured with hostnames and 'Prevent UDP' checkbox hard-checked if you want to specifically point to concrete PW Integration Server.
