membername value for everyone user group?

What are  you attempting to do? You can simply select all users. Get-PWUser

with security cmdlets where -membertype is group , need to use the *Everyone group in -membername

in the dms_acce table, this is probably: o_memtype 4 o_memberno 0 ... everyone
