Need for creating Logical Sets from Scratch via PS

We have the need to create a set of logical (compound documents) from scratch using Powershell.

Example:  I want to create a set of DGNs from a PowerShell script... File1, File2, File(x).....from a seed file.    Once created, I want to (via PowerShell) attach File1, File2, File(X) to File(A).

Is there anyone else who would want this or benefit from this?

    Thanks,

      Shawn,

I could see where this could be very useful, once you get the flat set information, I would also ask that the set information, (attributes/state) then could be used to update the set content.

We are very good at progressing a state along its WF, but it is a disconnect when the attached files do not follow it along
