Enhancement Request - Set-PWManagedWorkspaces

I have a need to set a CSB to a particular folder as an object and have it inherit to all sub-folders.

Switches:

-Type : Managed or Unmanaged

-Level : Predefined, Global, User, etc.

-Name

-Description

-AddVaraible, -AddDirective and anything else needed to specify the contents of the CSB
