Update document description

Question

Is there a way to change the Document Description using a powershell cmdlet? I can update document attributes, change file names, even change folder descriptions, but I can't figure out how to update the document description.

Does the example code snippet from help not work?

 #Get the documents in the given path and update them with the listed attributes. Also supports changing name and filename, but, of course, those must be unique in 
 a folder.
 $docs = Get-PWDocumentsBySearch -FolderPath "Lend Lease\Dotted PDFs"
 foreach ($doc in $docs)
 {
 $doc.Description = "Changed in PowerShell 2"
 $doc.Version = "R06"
 }
 Update-PWDocumentProperties -InputDocument $docs
 Get-PWDocumentsBySearch -FolderPath "Lend Lease\Dotted PDFs" | Foreach -MemberName Description
 
 I was able to make this work with PW 10.00.02.265, PWPS_DAB 1.5.15.0 and PS 5.1.16299.547.
