Could I request an update to the Add-PWMembertoUserList cmdlet to allow a Group to be added as a member.

Currently only seems to support User names.

This used to have -GroupNames as a option but now it seems to have disappeared, has it now been removed?  We were using this option.  Do we need to go through all our scripts and change them?

I have pwps_dab 1.21.4.0 and it still shows a -GroupNames option.

      Thanks Kevin

One of our team is working on a script and literally sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.  He updated his PWPS_DAB a bout 4 days ago, this was happening before he updated it, and when I looked at his screen this morning, and he went to the help file on the command it wasn't showing GroupNames, its really strange, I can't explain it to be honest.  It's like we have gremlins!!

      He gets this:

Believe me, I have been through this in different iterations of how to do it, build the variable prior to the command and all sorts and I think it is because half the time the command doesn't think GroupNames is there as I witnessed today from the help file.

We would use the old method of Add-WUserListMember but that for some reason works with literally every userlist but the one we are trying to add to, this particular userlist, it adds the user in PW Admin, we can go and see it has done the actual adding but Powershell just sits there and then doesn't move on.

      it's an arghhhhh moment ;-)
