Remove final Status, not working

Question

Has anyone had an issue using 
 Set-PWDocumentFinalStatus -RemoveFinalStatus 
 Get-PWDocumentsBySearch -FolderPath $RootFolder | Set-PWDocumentFinalStatus -RemoveFinalStatus 
 I can set the final status, with no problem, 
 Verbose shows the files being processed with no errors, but no luck in removing the final status 
 Using the following versions 
 PWPS_DAB Version: 1.12.10.0 
 PowerShell Version: 5.1.14409.1018 
 Running As Administrator! 
 64-bit PowerShell!

Check that the ProjectWise account that you are using has "Can remove final status" ticked in Document settings. 
 
 I was able to Final and remove Final state when it was ticked when running PowerShell. 
 
 When I un-ticked "Can remove final status" for the PW Login account, I was no longer able to remove Final state from files (and received no error messages). NOTE: I had to restart the Powershell ISE session for the change in document settings to take effect.

DOHHHHHH, yup that was my problem,... user couldn't remove final status,
