Define Interface when using Export-PWDocument with export of metadata

    Hi!

In Projectwise we have multiple Interfaces within the same Environment. Does anyone know of there is a way to define which interface should be used when exporting documents with metadata using Export-PWDocuments?

I did not see any possiblity to define this in the cmdlet and I can't find any other cmdlet that defines this. I also checked if it mattered which Interface was set in Projectwise but that didn't seem to matter.

The metadata exported will contain ALL attributes. We do not have a method to only include those attributes available within an interface.

I was hoping for that but it doesn't seem to be the case for me. What I get in the excelsheet is three tabs: General, XXXXX_basic_environment and Audit trail.

XXXXX_basic_environment contains custom attributes and it is these that seems to be affected by the interface used/defined. I get the custom attributes contained within a specific Interface and not all Interfaces. Unfortunately for me it doesn't give me attributes based on the Interface I want.

I realize that I probably should have mentioned this in my original post.

Edit: I just want to say that you have done a fantastic work with the PowerShell-module. It opens so many doors and gives so many options for creating a more automated work environment.

I get the same result when I use Get-PWDocumentsBySearch with -GetAttributes. It only gives me the CustomAttributes for one specific Interface. Can I define this Interface or define that it should get ALL attributes? I am using the latest version of PWPS_DAB 1.16.2.

I did get all the metadata without realizing it.
