    Archive Versions

Offline Stephen Herrick over 2 years ago

Requesting the ability for cmdlets, Export-PWDocumentsToArchive and Import-PWDocumentsFromArchive to archive document versions. Unless i am missing something obvious

the purpose is that i am importing active projects located in several different datasources into one, Archive does a good job, but ideally i need the versions as well

    Is there another option?

    Regards

    Stephen

Are you using a saved search to specify the files to export? If so, ensure the document versions are included. Otherwise, versions should be included by default.

      Brian,

i am not using a saved search, i use the browser and select the project i want to Archive,

so your saying if that i use a saved search with the version option, the archive will include versions?

With a saved search, it should include all documents returned by the saved search.  I thought if a project had versions, they would be included. Dave?
