change storage area name

I have a number of folders in a storage area that I need to move to a different storage area.

"Update-PWStorageAreaForProjectTree" - works, but insists on copying the files from one area to the other.

I am looking for a way to change ONLY the ProjectWise side of this.

The reason is that both the "target" and "destination" locations are on the same disk and the data for an individual folder is quite large (1 + TB)

for that reason, I would much rather move the folders via Windows "Move" - which takes very little time in this instance because both folders are on the same disk.

If there were a way to change the folder's and file's  Storage area without the copy of the physical files, it would save a huge amount of time.

anyone know I can accomplish this?
