New PW documents from a Spreadsheet

    Hi,

Is it possible to script creating new documents, by referencing a spreadsheet for the parameters, document code/name, seed, application etc.?

Essentially to replace running the wizard 30 times.

I can see create New-PWDocument and Import-PWDocumentsBySpreadsheet but to me this does not appear to cover what I need to do, or am I missing something?

      I recommend you

      - Create a new folder for each environment in you datasource

      - Add one document to each of the folders

      - Export the folder to a spreadsheet using Export-PWDocuments.

      - Delete the folders

      - Re-import the folders and documents using Import-PWDocumentsBySpreadsheet

If that goes well, the spreadhseet should serve as template for creating new documents

      Thanks Mark,

So "PWDocuments" actually includes folders. Clearly did not read the synopsis and took to literally

      Synopsis
Despite the name, copies out files to a folder and optionally writes metadata to a spreadsheet.

      Appreciate your help!
