Blank IPLOT Preview

On a computer that was just rebuilt we are running ABD SS4, ProjectWise SS4, and ProjectWise IPLOT SS4. When a preview is done in IPLOT, the screen is blank.

There are no error messages. Has anyone experienced this? Any thoughts?

A blank IPLOT preview is typically video related, see if updating the video card (display adapter) driver helps.

We will check that.... Just curious though. If the IPLOT preview looks fine from within the Microstation environment, do you think it still might be the driver?

The IPLOT dialog and Organizer use VPR for print previewing, so the video driver is probably okay. If an Organizer preview is blank, make sure the plot area or model contains graphics. For a test, save the iparm (.i) file created by the IPLOT dialog, add it to Organizer, and then preview the plot. If the preview is blank, go ahead and update the video driver.
