IPlot Command Line, PDF's and raster files

I am trying to create a batch process to allow users to create PDF files. Because the tool to create PDF files from the command line requires both the Interplot client and server be installed, I am copying the required files to the server and processing them there. I am able to cycle through the reference files and copy them as required, but it doesn't appear that I am able to do the same with the raster files. I found a posting that said that the rasters are handled by microstation, not Interplot. Well, if the raster is located somewhere on the network that the server can't see, it is no longer part of my PDF.

Has anyone else run into this, and if so, how did you get around it?

    Thanks!

    Mike

You are correct in that IPLOT allows MicroStation to control the raster attachments. How are the rasters attached? It is possible to use a UNC path the server can see? I also believe if the raster is located in the same folder as the master file, MicroStation may find it even if the raster is attached with a different path. Have you considered using iCS for PDF for this purpose instead of creating your own batch program?
