Design compare in PW explorer (thick client)

Hello,

Is there a possibility (add-on ?) to be able to compare and see the graphics differences between 2 revisions of a dgn (and a dwg) ?

I know it's possible in the Web client (only if you have saved views) but it would be helpfull in the thick client also.
