Cannot get ProjectWise Interplot Organizer Connection Edition 10.00.00.42 to run the install on Windows 10. Also in order to use this connect edition of iplot client, do you have to also have the server at the connect edition.

Cannot get ProjectWise Interplot Organizer Connection Edition 10.00.00.42 to run the install on Windows 10.  Also in order to use this connect edition of iplot client, do you have to also have the server at the connect edition. The Army Corps is getting ready to move to Windows 10 and we need to be able to use all the Windows 10 compatible software packages. I also installed the pre req pack 08.11.09.03 and tried to install the client install again and still will not install.
