Interplot Organizer is not printing WMS image Transparent and not printing Line Styles. Using 10.00.00.64

Interplot Organizer is not printing WMS image Transparent and not printing Line Styles. Using 10.00.00.64 I have Rasterized selected included are pdfs of one created from Organizer and one from Iplot. Iplot shows correctly.

I should see a fill line style, guardrail, cable barrier etc.

Figured out that I needed to configure Power Inroads as Engine instead of Open Roads Designer. (Right Click and run as administer to change)

I had to set my Transparency in the raster manager not the references view style.
