Trying to send a plot to The HP color LaserJet flow MFP M880 pcl 6 Printer from Iplot. HP Universal Printing PCL6, PCL6(v5.8) and PCL6(v6.0) drivers don't seem to work. What should we use?

Are you seeing errors in the IPLOT Errorlog?
Are you getting garbage on the output?
Are you capable of printing through IPLOT to other printers on the same InterPlot Server box?
What operating system on the server?
What versions of ProjectWise InterPlot Server and ProjectWise InterPlot Organizer?
Can you plot from the server using IPLOT?
Do you see the job in the printer queue momentarily?

We have a version 10 interplot server and I created a plot queue with HP pagewide XL4000 by Bentley driver and I have no problem sending plots to HP XL4000 plotter. Projectwise interplot server and organizer 10.00.00.42. What I like to do is to send a plot to HP color LaserJet flow MFP M880 PCL 6 Printer. I created a print queue using those three drivers but all I got is "printer busy" error message. I was able to send to some other Printer similar to M880 so I'm not sure what to do here.

Thanks for the reply. The message "Printer busy" is not coming from IPLOT so it would seen like a hardware or printer setup issue. Have you tried powering the unit off (wait at least 30 seconds) and then back on and have the "Status" change to "Ready" on the printer within Windows?

If the printer goes to "Ready", try printing a "Test page". Make sure the print comes out and the printer status goes back to "Ready". If it does not, perhaps call HP?

If printer goes back to "Ready" what happens when you print from IPLOT?
