federated user submitting job to ICS for PDF server

Hello - I have a current support ticket, but I am wondering if someone out there solved an issue.

We are long-term users of ICS for PDF (on-premise).  We have started converting on-prem users to use their federated credentials, and now they can't plot using Create renditions.

Am I missing a setting somewhere?
