GreenBook - PW Managed Services - Support

Bentley has multiple support groups to assist users with questions and issues concerning their ProjectWise solution hosted in the Cloud. P1 (Production down) issues are supported via both phone and the Personal Portal as described in the following sections. Other non-Production related issues are handled via the Personal Portal only.
While this document provides a focus on Technical Support for Managed Services, Technical Support is also available for Bentley Products.
