Why am I not getting registration or password reset emails from a ProcureWare site?
1. Ensure that you are typing your email address correctly when initiating a "Forgot Password" request.
2. Click the "Send/Receive" or "Inbox Refresh" button for your email software.
3. Check your junk or spam folders for the password-reset notification.
4. Verify that "noreply@procureware.com" is whitelisted on your email server. Please consult with your IT department or Internet Service Provider to do this.
