Search Enhancements

 Users can also get links to saved searches to share with others. 

• You can now create and manage personal views in ProjectWise Web View
• All settings related to configuring the view are now on a separate menu called Column Manager
• Configure Grid Columns - opens a dialog that lets you make temporary changes to the current view and create personal views. You can also now use click shift to select multiple columns.
• Manage My Views - opens a dialog that lets you manage (rename, delete, or copy) any personal view that you have created in ProjectWise Web View
• Saved Views - lists any existing global and personal views that have been created in either ProjectWise Administrator or ProjectWise Explorer
• My Views - lists the Default View, and also any personal view you have created in ProjectWise Web View

Added State, Status, and Workflow to columns

Show work area properties in saved views (if a work area document is selected and the applied saved view contains a work area property, the view column now displays the value of that work area property)

Advanced searches now support searching by environment attributes.

Both Global and Personal Saved Searches created in ProjectWise Explorer are accessible and displayed in hierarchical list.

You can now configure columns to show environment properties and attributes as needed.

You can now adjust the width of columns.

(Requires WSG PW Plugin version 3.3)  You can now change the view in ProjectWise Web. You can apply existing views created in ProjectWise Explorer, and you can also customize the view by adding or removing property columns to the current view as needed. 

You can now click in each property column header and enter some text in order to filter the list of items that are displayed in the current folder.

The displaying or hiding of versions in the document list is now treated as user preference instead of a global setting.

External Users, without a Bentley account, can now create connections to datasources they have permission to access.

You can now provide suggestions or comments about ProjectWise Web by clicking the User Feedback button (upper right corner of the ProjectWise Web window) which takes you to an "Ideas" portal just for ProjectWise Web where you can leave your feedback.
