The following error message appeared after sending a print job from the MicroStation InterPlot Client Main menu to a ProjectWise InterPlot Server printer queue.
SUBFAILURE, Submit failure
- Error updating NQS Spool file
This error message occurred only on one certain Computer using one certain Windows Account.
This problem-message can have different causes and therefore also different solutions:
- Creating a new Windows account for this user
- Deleted the printer queue and added it again by Server Hostname and not by the TCP/IP address
