Problem

When using the “Oce TCS 500 by Bentley” device driver the following error is recorded in the InterPlot error log:

OTCS500DRV - Could not find requested media type - printing on Standard Paper none

Solution

The default rendering attributes media type setting did not match the printer’s device attributes or the plotter. Setting the correct media type in the default rendering attributes resolves the problem. Use the Graphical Attribute Editor to make this change.
