Solution
When you create a digital archive, you can choose a variety of file formats for storing the digital images. If you like to create TIFF color images, you have to use TIFF (PackBits) .

Digital Arching:
When you create a digital archive, you can choose a variety of file formats for storing the digital images. Options include the DPR format for Web viewing and high-fidelity printing; JPEG and TIFF (PackBits) for color images, CALSG4, TIFF_G4, PDF, and TIFF_G3 for monochrome images, and "thumbnails" for previewing plot sets. You decide which formats you want to generate and the resolution settings for each. Additionally, you can set up different configurations of the same format.
