Problem

IP I cannot view "InterPlot Device Attributes" with printers using certain drivers.--Nothing happens when I click on "InterPlot Device Attributes" for printers using the following Bentley Drivers:
InterPlot PCL/5 Color
InterPlot PCL/5 Mono
InterPlot Color Offline IP
Oce TCS 400 IP
 

Solution

The cause of the problem could be two fold.
1. You need to be physically sitting at the keyboard for the machine where the product is installed. You have to be sitting on the console of the server because when you try to access the "InterPlot Device Attributes" you are trying to access files which are only delivered to the server. The files it tries to access are listed with a .dk extension (ex: color.dk, otcs400.dk, pclmono.dk and pclcolor.dk), these files in turn call other files through the comment "hook_dll" which again reside on the server.
2. You need to be login is Administrator and not as a member of the "Administrators" group.
