Problem

Elements plotted outside fence in dialog - When placing a fence from within MicroStation and submitting a plot from the IPLOT dialog menu, elements are being plotted which are outside of the fenced area.
 

Solution

Edit IPLOTSRV.CFG to add the following variable to prevent the fence from expanding:

IPLOTSRV_CLIP_FENCE_DELTA = 0
