Problem Description
Watermark on plots - The following product(s) are not activated: ProjectWise InterPlot Professional. Often the mistake is made that ProjectWise InterPlot Professional is installed when this should be ProjectWise InterPlot Organizer. Particular when users do have licenses for ProjectWise InterPlot Organizer but not for ProjectWise InterPlot Professional. As a result that after 30 days a watermark appears on plots:
The following product(s) are not activated: ProjectWise InterPlot Professional Product Description
ProjectWise InterPlot Professional This is a standalone product and contains the Client and Server functionality
ProjectWise InterPlot organizer This is client product (previously InterPlot Client)
Both products have the same Interface and the function “Export to PDF”
Steps to Resolve
Use ProjectWise InterPlot Organizer and do the following steps: - Uninstall ProjectWise InterPlot Professional - Reboot the computer - Install ProjectWise InterPlot Organizer - In license management tool make sure ProjectWise InterPlot Organizer has been activated. OR.
In case ProjectWise InterPlot Professional is wanted, buy the product and obtain a license via your account Manager.
