Problem Description

When I submit an IPLOT job to our Oce TDS 700 plotter using the TDS 700 by Bentley driver from the Projectwise Interplot Mid-volume Driver Pack, the job submits successfully but nothing comes out on the plotter. The plot job appears to be held by the Oce controller.  The job can be manually released from the controller, otherwise it remains there.

Steps to Resolve

1. Access the Oce TDS 700 interface via any Internet Browser (http://x.x.x.x) using the IP address of the plotter
2. Select Preferences>System Settings>Print Queue Management>Destination for New Print Jobs:
3. Set value to "Send Directly to Print Queue" (it was set to "Hold in Users In-Box)
