Problem Description

User has Raster Offline Driver Pack installed with the Monochrome Raster Driver configured for Tiff Group 4.  If a design file contains a . (period) in the name, the output name gets truncated (e.g. "DDF1.102_G-002XXX.dgn" becomes "DDF1.tif").  DOCROOT is being used for the naming pattern.

Steps to Resolve

1. Reconfigure the Batch Port Naming Pattern

2. Use DOCNAME instead of DOCROOT for the Pattern File name.

Note: Per Raster Offline Driver Help:
DOCNAME: Name of the document as it appears in a printer
DOCROOT: Document name prefix
