Problem Description

When submitting a Test Page to a Monochrome Raster Driver printer using the Raster Offline Driver Pack, the print is unsuccessful.  The printer status indicates “Failed”.  No error appears in Iplot Error Log.

Also when checking the Port properties of the “Batch Port”, the “Pattern” value disappears and will not remain set.  It would return to an empty box each time after setting it.

Steps to Resolve

After installing the Raster Offline Driver Pack, user had not rebooted the plot server as directed.  Once this was done, the "Pattern" value would remain set, the Test Page was successful and the Offline plots created without any errors.
