Problem

Save as path for PDF files not pointing to projectwise
The problem I’m having is when printing from Microstation to Adobe pdf, the destination “save as” path for the pdf that is being created is not associated with projectwise.  It’s wanting to save it outside of projectwise to the local documents directory.  Could this be because there are no Adobe products listed under the idesktop integration tab?

Solution

You must use the Bentley driver
Open DGN via double click from ProjectWise
Go to File, Print
Go to File, select Bentley Driver
Chose pdf.plt

Chose file print, and was prompted with a dialog for ProjectWise, chose no wizard, and then saved the pdf file in ProjectWise.
