Problem Description

When logged into ProjectWise Orchestration Admin on head server it shows that failure of node dispatch processors on tail server. If logged into the tail server, it shows node failure on head server. It appears that each server is working however, it seems as if there is some type of communication failure between the two servers. They are both on the same domain.  

Steps to Resolve

1. Log onto each server as the account running the OF service on both machines 

   account running the OF service on both machines. Node processors are all running.
