    Failing to create rendition in iCS

    Problem Description

    Failed to create rendition in iCS.

    Error calling the rendition web service.

    -System.ServiceModel.EndpointNotFoundException: Could not connect to ..../renditionService/RenditionService.svc.

    TCP error code 10061

    No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused. System.Net.WebException: Unable to conenect to the remote server

    Steps to Resolve
