Problem Description

This applies only for MAC users.  When they download an .ai file, it is downloaded as a .ps file.  Basically, a .ps is added to the name of the file after download.  This occurs automatically.  How does one prevent this so that the file downloaded retains the .ai suffix?

Steps to Resolve

1. This not a Projectwise issue, it not happen on Windows 7 OS. Related to the OS/Apple. User will need to rename the file extention to view and keep data/file integrity.
