-There was an entry in the dmsafpengine.conf.xml file that referenced the old IP address. This was changed to the FQDN and the PWIS service was restarted and all was OK.-Another thing to check here is the storage area entry in the PWadmin. I had a user with similar issue who moved the storage area and did not use the FQDN. Once the FQDN was in place for the computer name, the user was able to add files.
-Make sure the storage area exists as configured in the ProjectWise Administrator
